So yesterday we spent the day at our friends house helping them move approx 20 cubic meters of dirt. We didn't get it all finished as we were working with just shovels and wheelbarrows.
This is where we really realized that we are not exactly "conditioned" to hard manual labor.
Our muscles hurt and hands are sore. Julie has a couple nice blisters, but a hard days work leads to a good nights sleep and there are no regrets.
